Before you email — quick answers
How do I cancel? Open your billing page, click "Manage in Stripe," then "Cancel plan." Access continues until the end of the current period.
How do I get a credit report? Use the Reports page in the app — there's a one-click link to AnnualCreditReport.com (the only government-authorized source for free reports).
The bureau replied. What do I do? Open the letter on the Letters page and click "Bureau replied." Pick the outcome (deleted, verified, updated, no response). We'll suggest a Round 2 letter if needed.
I forgot my password. Use the password reset page. The reset link expires after one hour.
