Terms of Service
By using Dispute Chief you agree to these terms. They are written in plain English on purpose. If anything is unclear, email support@disputechief.com and we will explain.
What Dispute Chief is
Dispute Chief is an AI-assisted letter template, organizer, and scheduling tool. The platform provides templates for consumer-rights letters, an AI assistant that explains terms in plain English, and organizing/scheduling features for tracking the letters you draft. You are the one who reviews each letter, signs it, and mails it.
The platform does not perform credit-related work on your behalf. The platform is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The platform does not provide financial advice. The AI assistant is an information tool; its output is general information, not advice. For advice specific to your situation, consult a qualified attorney, financial professional, or other licensed advisor as appropriate.
You are responsible for any letters you draft, sign, and send, and for any actions you take based on information from the platform. Outcomes vary; we make no representations about what any individual user may achieve.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for the activity that happens under your account. Don't sign up on behalf of someone else without their permission.
What you can and cannot do
You can: upload your own credit reports, generate and edit dispute letters, mail those letters, log responses, and invite clients if you are a coach.
You cannot: use the platform to commit fraud, file disputes you know to be inaccurate, scrape or resell our content, or impersonate another person.
Plans, billing, and refunds
Paid plans bill monthly through Stripe. You can cancel any time from your billing page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then. Refund requests are handled case by case at support@disputechief.com.
Disclaimers
Dispute Chief is provided "as is." We do not guarantee any specific outcome, score change, or that the credit bureaus will grant any particular dispute. The Fair Credit Reporting Act gives you the right to dispute inaccurate items yourself for free; our software helps you do that more efficiently.
Liability
Our maximum liability for any claim related to the service is the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we change anything material we will email registered users at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
