Privacy Policy

Dispute Chief helps you challenge errors on your credit reports. To do that we collect information you give us and information about how you use the platform. This page explains what we collect, what we do with it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account info. Name, email, password (stored hashed), and the agency you signed up under.

Credit data you upload. Credit reports you pull from AnnualCreditReport.com or other sources. We use this to find disputable items and draft letters. We never sell credit data and we never share it with third parties for advertising.

Letters and responses. Dispute letters we generate for you and any response data you log when bureaus reply.

Billing data. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment method. We never see or store full card numbers.

Usage and device data. Standard server logs (IP, browser, pages visited) so we can keep the platform running and spot abuse.

How we use your information

To run the platform: log you in, generate dispute letters, deliver transactional emails, charge subscriptions, and provide support. We use aggregated, de-identified data to improve our AI Coach and our dispute drafting. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share data only with vendors who help us run the platform — Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Anthropic (AI Coach drafts), and Google (sign-in). Each vendor is bound by contract to use your data only for the service they provide to us.

Your choices

You can update or delete your account from your profile. Email privacy@disputechief.com and we will respond within 30 days.
