What you don't get

The Sample is intentionally tight. After 72 hours OR after you hit any cap, access locks. You can keep your drafted letters; new uploads, new drafts, and new chat are off the table until you upgrade to Personal ($29/mo).

Refund policy

Sample is a one-time purchase. Refundable only if the system fails to draft letters from a valid uploaded report (parser error, AI failure). Bureau response timing and outcomes are outside our control and not refund grounds.
